Pointed sweater and women in science

If you follow me on Instagram you’ll know by now that the last days have been sturdy and same time exciting work-wise, nothing like in the pictures we created last Sunday. Yesterday I had the chance to use the device that won Nobel Price in Chemistry in 2014 and I am astounded how my life has turned out at the moment, in a good way of course.

My darlings I am not sure how to express myself at the moment or if it is normal that high-resolution microscopy excites me just as much a pair of shoes or a bag. Is there anyone in the crowd who feels as divided personality professionally-wise?

Every Sunday I’m talking  heart to heart to each one you over a cup of tea on the blog, where I share a few more personal aspects such as my job and more. This Sunday I will be talking about misconceptions and women in science. Stay tuned…
