Road trips, road trips are my favorite! No need to pack, sleep in foreign beds or risking starting your day with a bad cup of coffee. The past weekend, we entered Karlovy Vary in our GPS, sang out loud to Despacito and drive we did. Two hours later Karlovy Vary took our breath away with its picturesque architecture. The city is historically famous for its hot springs; the most visited spa town in Czech Republic. After stopping for lunch and feasting on traditional Czech food Svíčková, we got ourselves a traditional porcelain cup and wandered around the city while sipping on the spring waters.
I’ve had this urge to get myself a pleated skirt as I find them very elegant and easy to live in; with plenty of room to move and twirl. I’ve had my Maje skirt for a while now and struggled with styling it in away to flatter my petite size and style honestly. Originally the skirt has a black elastic waist line, in dire need of re-tailoring which I plan to remedy as soon as I find myself with free time in my hands. I chose to wear it with this beautiful cropped top from Zara seen here and my nude pumps from Chie Mihara.
