One of my best spring buys this year, has been by far this midi dress from Zara, I talked about in this video (here). Ever since I have discovered Gül Hürgel I have fallen for vintage, belt waist dresses. They are so flattering and feminine, suitable for all body types, in my opinion. Zara surprisingly has done an amazing job on this one, the sewing is impeccable and its color is simply stunning.
When I posted a video on Instagram (here), I received a comment that the dress doesn’t suit me and that it looks very big on me (although I wear size XS here). I wasn’t offended by any means because I truly believe a woman should have all types of dresses in her wardrobe. The body fitted to show your curves, minis for those summer sun-kissed days and the midi that makes you feel most feminine! Adding a bit more character to my wardrobe has certainly has helped me to step out of my comfort zone and feel more confident about my body and fashion sense.

I couldn’t resist but mentioning two of my favorite Gül Hürgel dresses of S/S 2018 collection (here) and (here), although they are over my budget. On the other hand, Anthropology has this beautiful summer dress (here), perfect if you are heading somewhere warm this summer. Another piece that has stolen my heart is this one (here), reminding me of ancient mosaics! This beautiful striped dress here from Kendall+Kylie is flattering, certainly allowing you to expose more of that tanned summer skin (here).
