The one when we missed the plane

Firstly, I have to excuse myself for my absence. M. and I were visiting my family in Albania and the internet was not easily accessible. Can’t wait to show you all the pictures we took. If you follow me on Instagram you might have already gotten a sneak-peek of our adventures.

The first part of our trip consisted ironically of a missed flight. On the day of our flight, the weather was indeed bad, with thick traffic due to car accidents (we spotted two). After booking new flights for the next day, we headed back home a little bit disappointed I have to say.

Next day we headed back to Munich, six hours prior to our flight. With plenty of time on our hands, we enjoyed a coffee at the airport’s visitor terrace (Besucherterrasse), which I highly recommend if life brings you to Munich.

Concerning my outfit, I always wear jeans when traveling. I have the feeling of the seat sticking againts my skin for some reason. Lee Scarlet jeans (here), Marc O’Polo espadrilles (here), Adidas Neo T-shirt (here) and Asos floral headband (here). My bag from Peter Kaiser and retro Valentino sunglasses were bought are my lucky finds from second-hand stores.

Don’t you love a window seat too? I was so happy to fly in the afternoon and gaze at the sunset above the clouds. One has to stay positive after all.
