Music festival

Late good mornings my darlings!  Wishes with a gigantic smile on my face because today is an extremely good day, in terms of weather and mind-set. I haven’t been very well lately, since last Thursday I suffer from constant migraines, until today morning that is. You can’t possibly imagine the relief!!!

Every summer there is a music festival in Nuremberg called ‘Bardentreffen’, the city fills up with sounds of music and in every corner there are small bands playing their jams. It is very unusual dear readers for Germany to have so much noise; gosh I hope no one will get offended by me calling music noise.

The funniest moment of the day was an old woman trying to communicate on a public telephone-booth, with Adele’s ‘Hello’ and Sting’s ‘Englishman in New York’ performed on both sides of the road.

As the summer comes to end, no-nonsense and revitalized resolution list aside, I need to wear all my summer dresses at least once. You are seeing today for one last time my all-time favorite Isabel Marant for H&M, sold out everywhere, Marc O’Polo espadrilles IN SALE (here), Jins sunglasses (here) and Peter Kaiser bag old.

Love,

T.

Gluten tag, wie geht es Ihnen?
Better now, I hope, that the migraine has gone. How awful for you. My Mum suffered with that when I was little, so I can empathize with that.
Music, noise! Well yes, much of it is.
As for Sting. A girlfriend and I went to an open air concert of his in Hyde Park, London; it was fantastic!! We were up dancing all evening, even though we had seats.
Wishing your week gets better and better.
    Hugs, Jo x

        Danke schön.
Summer roles on here nicely. Could be that we get an Indian summer. Used to be known as St Luke’s summer. I do hope you get to wear your lovely dresses a few more times, but I do remember Germany being very cold. x

I wonder why it’s called St Luke’s summer?! At the moment I just hope for some warm autumn days:) One can’t have everything

Well, my Dear. St Luke’s feast day is on October 18th. Between this day and the end of that month is an excellent bet for fine weather. Mild temperatures and gorgeous leaf colours to rival Vermont. Exceptions to the rule, of course. Last year, London had 2.5cm of snow and a temperature of -4 degrees C.
    Hope that made sense. X

This looks so much fun! Looking from the pictures, it looks like a multiple block wide music festival! So cool! I’m sure something fun like this can make any headache go away!

SO sorry to hear about those migraines babe.. Glad to know you’re feeling better! Loving that dress on you and obsessing over those round sunnies! I’ve been wanting to invest in the Ray-Ban ones and I think I’ll take the plunge, they’re super stylish!

Music festivals are fun, but it can get so nasty with the noise, especially if you’re living close by and trying to sleep 🙂 I haven’t worn most of my summer dresses yet, it is good idea to try to wear them at least once 🙂 I hope it gets a little warmer for me to do that. Your dress looks pretty!

Good luck with Summer 2016 Ella. It has been extremely bizarre even for German standards. Thanks so much for passing by. xxx

You look so amazing my darling! Such a timeless, elegant beauty! I am glad you have got over the migraines, I had one last week for the first time in my life and it was awful!! The sounds of music in Germany would be a nice change from hearing non stop winds of 10 beaufort all day every day, driving me crazy haha! I love that when I was in Munich, being able to grab a coffee and go at the Marienplatz to enjoy a piano recital! <3
Have a wonderful week, I am sure it will be the best in your life so far Mrs ;))
