Lunch Date in Bamberg

We had a blissfully sunny day on Sunday and spontaneously drove to Bamberg for lunch. It’s a 30-minute drive from our home, Bamberg is a very charming city, by far my favorite place to be in Bavaria. I plan to write a travel post soon about this UNESCO city, I am just anticipating warmer days and the Rose Garden in the New Residence to bloom.

I believe I’ve been a visitor in all sorts of weather conditions but a walk by the river admiring the Little Venice architecture never fails to entertain.

I couldn’t wait to wear my new coat from Maje the GORIAGE; don’t you love it when clothes have names?! You guys might have observed my obsession with the brand, the clothing fit as if it’s custom tailored for my petite body. I’ve been waiting for months to get a decent sale on this one. It has two stripes on the side, not quite sure about the material but provides some extra elasticity and room to move. I usually don’t tend to ramble about clothes but I love this coat so much.

I am wearing:

Maje Goriage coat (here)

Karen Millen A-line dress similar (here) and (here)

Ted Baker bag (here), just as beautiful but more economical (here)

Wolford stockings (here)

Isabel Marant (here)

PS by Paul Smith wool scarf (here)

Topshop pumps IN SALE (here), love these as well (here)

Do you know this feeling when you have a certain concept in your mind and in reality it turns out quite the opposite? M had a perfectly framed picture in his mind with me and the Bamberg Dome in the background. In reality, the wall surrounding the church had the same height as me #petitegirlproblems. Nevertheless, a picture was taken and good laughs were shared.
