If you would ask the next person next to you to define femininity, most would cherish traits such as perfect hair, elegant walk, fresh and clean , put together nicely at any time. Others would ramble on female rights and much-needed independence. All is fine and coherent but what makes the next teenage girl you spot on the street, well feminine?
I ask M. who sits next to me, he answers-BEHAVIOR. The way she carries herself, body language, being able to communicate and listen. It is something perceived by the observant and not dictated by the object of observation.
Femininity correlates with enhanced sensitivity which results in compassion and tenderheartedness. By any means, this post was not meant to antagonize the opposite sex. I strongly believe, femininity it is not related to the way we dress, or how we apply our makeup. There is not any secret recipe for that, it all resides on our attitude.

First, congrats to your followers on Instagram – you are doing such a great work! And second, this post is definitively one of my faves ever. I totally agree with you, women should not be judged for their look or the way they dress but the way they behave. It’s definitively time, that women and men are treated the same way.
Thank you so much for sharing this inspiring post hun β€

I didn’t think of it that way before, but now that you say that I agree. Feminism is generally linked to political activism, but it is more than just that. I like the point you brought up about attitude. How we carry ourselves really demonstrates our character more than anything. Two people who look and dress alike can be set apart based on behavioral differences. Great post! I really enjoyed reading it. Also, your outfit looks really nice, and I love that sweater. It goes well with the nude heels, and the whole looks is very polished and classy.

I agree, femininity can definitely be attributed to a behavior, rather than just appearance alone. I love that sweater you’re wearing, girlie, it looks so cozy! Thanks for sharing and I hope you have the best week ahead!

What a great post Tatjana! I agree, femininity is in more in behaviour than the way we dress. It’s the attitude, the “air” that each woman exudes. Even the most beautiful evening gown dress will not make any difference, if the lady that is wearing it has no femininity, no character! And you my friend got the whole package! I really can;t wait to meet you! Amazing look and sweater, and you and M are really stepping up the photography game in each and every post! Happy Monday to you both! β€

Wearing a pretty dress; or having long soft tresses; or immaculate makeup, does not necessarily make a woman (even teenage girl), feminine. Femininity comes from within, and comes shining through to the surface. I’m sure it is inherited; in one’s genes. This does not mean that those without should lock themselves away in a garret. We should make the most of what we have. And a lovely smile can do wonders for any outfit.
I’m loving these thought making posts, T.
