Christmas and friends

Happy Wednesday my darlings! I am beyond excited to have my studies completed and resume the tbymallano, it’s been ages. I’ve missed you all so much, can’t wait to see (read) what have you been up to.

I would like to introduce you to special guest today on the blog, my dear friend Rose. I believe I’ve talked before on the blog how much I treasure friendship; I’ve been living away from my family at the age of 14 and my friends feel as a second family. Although enough about me, let’s talk Rose. Do you have a person in your life who is always there when you need them, talk to when you need advice, who cheers you up even on the dreariest day? If not, you need to, that’s the one thing you must to do right in your life.

Rose’s nickname is sunshine, you’ll hear her laughing, always happy voice no matter where you are in our laboratory. To learn more about her story head over to her youtube where she talks about differences in Kenyan and German culture or her blog. Rose narrates the most amazing stories and I believe (hope) will be a frequent visitor of this blog.

I find challenging to gift the dearest ones in your life, no gift is special enough to express your gratitude. I wanted something special and #giftdifferent for her this time. I went to the Desigual online shop and chose two same knitted cardigans from their Desigual Chrismas Collection, to remind us of the times we spend together in the cold German weather thinking about home. When life grows us apart, the cardigan and those memories will bring warmth to our hearts.
